Job summary

Marks is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations at Pine Dr in Parry Sound, ON. The role leads customer service and operations to ensure the brand’s service standards are met and exceeded.

The candidate will oversee the B2B Commercial function, manage order entry and fulfillment, and support in-store and online sales, inventory flow, and compliance. A strong leader with retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop department and store teams.
• Ability to build and manage daily/weekly plans for the department and store.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 3–5 years of retail experience required.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team and coaching to ensure service standards.
• Lead the B2B Mark’s Commercial Business function including order entry and management.
• Support omni-channel experience with in-store and eCommerce orders.
• Manage scheduling, shipping/receiving, cash handling, and operations systems.
• Assist in annual inventory preparation and compliance.
• Act as store lead in absence of Store Manager.
