Job summary

Atmosphere Ltd. in Hawkesbury, ON is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and coach the team to deliver our service model to every customer.

You will oversee in-store service, order entry for B2B Mark’s Commercial, and ensure timely eCommerce fulfillment and inventory movement to the sales floor. The role requires 3–5 years of retail experience, strong communication, high energy, and the ability to manage scheduling, cash handling, and compliance with LP and OH&S policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail experience required.
• Proven coaching and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver the service model to every customer.
• Oversee in-store service, B2B order entry, and eCommerce fulfilment to defined service levels.
• Manage scheduling, shipping/receiving, and cash handling in accordance with policies.
• Assist in inventory preparation and store-wide OH&S compliance.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting atmosphere and store culture.
