Job summary

Sephora Canada in Oakville is seeking a Team Lead, Operations to support all store operations. You will directly manage the Operations team, coordinate staffing for the shift, and ensure daily execution of processes to meet Sephora’s standards on the sales floor.

You will own inventory control, shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and merchandising, while guiding a budget for supplies and testing, and coaching teammates.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong store operations skills and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store operations and ensure processes meet company standards.
• Manage inventory including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Oversee visual merchandising and supervise cleaning crews.
• Monitor budget and supplies, testers and samples.
• Provide feedback and coaching, and participate in performance management.
• Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients on the sales floor.
• Develop budget strategies and analyze sales performance and payroll.
