Job summary

Sephora Canada is hiring a Store Lead, Operations in Langford, BC. You will oversee all store operations, inventory, staffing, and the overnight stock team, acting as Manager on Duty when needed. • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong store operations skills with focus on efficiency.
• Proven time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of the store and ensure processes are completed per company standards.
• Manage inventory including shipping, receiving, cycle counts and returns.
• Direct visual merchandising and oversee cleaning crews to meet standards.
• Oversee budget and supplies, testers and samples.
• Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
• Act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients on the sales floor.
• Develop budget strategies by understanding sales, staffing and controllable expenses.
