Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Team Lead, Operations at BC-Robson Street in Vancouver. This full‑time role supports all store operations, supervises the Operations team, and regularly acts as Manager on Duty to engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.

You will drive inventory management, staffing, budget execution, visual merchandising, and process compliance, ensuring targets are met and Sephora standards are delivered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong store operations skills with good time management.
• Experience leading teams in a retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of the store and ensure processes meet company standards.
• Manage inventory including shipping, receiving, cycle counts and returns.
• Oversee visual merchandising and cleaning crews to standards.
• Manage supplies, testers and samples within budget.
• Act as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
