Sephora Canada in Mississauga is seeking a Team Lead, Operations to support all store operations, oversee the operations team, and act as Manager on Duty. You will ensure execution of standard processes and lead staff across staffing, overnight stock, and in-store execution.

The role emphasizes inventory control, merchandising, budget awareness, and performance development, with a compensation range CAD$22.20–CAD$26.10 per hour, eligible for bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong store operations skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's operations, ensuring processes meet company standards.
• Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Oversee visual merchandising and on-site visuals.
• Monitor supplies and payroll within budget.
• Provide timely feedback and development for the operations team.
• Engage with customers and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Develop budget strategies based on store performance.
