Job summary

Dollarama in Montreal is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, optimize merchandising, and drive sales through excellent customer service and efficiency.

You will recruit and train staff, create and manage schedules, monitor inventory levels, ensure compliance with company guidelines and safety standards in a fast-paced environment, and lead a customer-focused team. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience.
• Minimum one year in a team management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work 40–50 hours weekly including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day store operations
• Manage merchandising activities to maintain properly stocked and attractive displays
• Recruit and train new employees in line with company standards
• Build and manage staff schedules based on operational needs
• Monitor and manage inventory levels
