We are looking for future store managers to join our team in Windsor, Ontario!

We offer the opportunity to train amongst the best business operators in Canada. Our Management Development Program consists of working in one of our stores in a supervisory capacity and training in all areas of the business. Upon successful completion of the training program, and based on relocation availability, individuals are offered the management of a Giant Tiger franchise.

Store Manager, Key Responsibilities;
• influence the results, including sales and profit
• determine your store’s product assortment through buying to the needs of the community
• be actively involved and connect with the store’s local community
• be part of a profitable Canadian owned company with more than 50 years of proven success


Store Manager, Key Requirements:
• A passion for customer service and merchandising excellence
• Minimum 3 years’ retail experience in a high volume, big box, fast-paced retail store
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit and skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and with learning new software

• Bilingualism (French & English) would be an asset
