Farm Boy is seeking a Store Supervisor to help lead exceptional food and service at our Niagara region location. You will work with the Department Manager to deliver a best-in-class fresh shopping experience, coaching a high-performing team and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include serving customers, training staff, managing scheduling and payroll tasks, and upholding health and safety standards, HACCP compliance, and accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in Culinary Management.
• Minimum 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with using computer software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team through coaching, motivation and training.
• Deliver warm, confident customer service reflecting Farm Boy standards.
• Prepare and cook fresh offerings for hot and cold bar and grill stations.
• Support daily department operations including scheduling, inventory, and payroll.
• Ensure health & safety, HACCP compliance, and adherence to store policies.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to execute departmental strategies.
