Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Aurora, Canada to lead a team and be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will coach teams, optimize skills, and drive customer-focused selling while managing merchandising, payroll and budgets.

You’ll foster a welcoming environment, develop leaders, and align store operations with Carter’s goals, ensuring an omnichannel experience and strong KPI performance. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience.
• Ability to coach teams to reach their potential and develop talent.
• Proficient computer skills including Outlook and Excel.
