You’ll recruit and coach staff, manage merchandising and payroll, analyze KPIs, and foster a positive, inclusive environment. Availability on days, nights, weekends and holidays is required, with a pace that matches a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• A high school diploma.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
