Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Supervisor in Canada to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, guide them through product styles and features, and help manage daily floor operations with a focus on safety and inclusivity.

Lead by example, coach associates, and support store leadership to meet sales goals while balancing schedules and community engagement.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to lead and train a small team in a retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Become a product and brand expert to assist families across size ranges.
• Welcome customers with warmth and explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive environment on the sales floor.
• Coach and develop team members to meet service standards and sales goals.
• Assist with Leader on Duty responsibilities and respond to customer concerns.
