Farm Boy Inc. in Kingston, Ontario seeks a key leader to support our vision of delivering exceptional customer service and guide your department to strong business results.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to translate strategy into daily action, building a culture of trust, engagement, and high performance. You’ll lead hands-on coaching, recruitment, training, and performance reviews while managing inventory, ordering, merchandising, scheduling, and payroll.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary business-focused program with leadership experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail setting.
• Certified in Public Health Food Handling, Smart Serve, and First Aid/CPR or willing to obtain within six months.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performance store team; oversee recruitment, training, performance reviews.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Retail Specialist to execute strategies and drive departmental goals.
• Maintain compliance with Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies.
