• Minimum two years’ experience in a Stewarding environment required.
• Valid Alberta driver’s license required.
• Previous one year supervisory experience preferred.

Overview

Support a skilled and engaged team as Stewarding Supervisor, where your care and inspection of all flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment will ensure a superior standard.

Starting Rate of Pay: $19.63 per hour

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Stewarding team in following policies and procedures
• Assign duties to Stewards
• Minimize loss and breakage of china, glassware and silverware
• Ensure Kitchen Colleagues have dishes/silverware as required
• Review banquet event orders and ensure all set-ups and supplies are in place as per the operational requirement
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• English Fluency Level required for position: Intermediate
