This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

Based at the remote Columbia Icefield in Jasper National Park, this on‑site living role places you 100 km from Jasper and surrounded by stunning glacier views and endless mountain adventure. You’ll be part of a destination that includes the Glacier View Lodge, dining outlets, retail, and the world‑famous Glacier Adventure and Skywalk. Staff live on‑site with accommodations and three hot meals per day.

• Housing and meals are a taxable benefit
• End‑of‑season retention bonus up to $1.00/hr

Role & Responsibilities

This job ensures service standards are met and surpassed by creating the experience for customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customers come first” attitude
• Anticipating customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues
• Assisting customers in the selection of specialty coffee beverages
• Maintaining customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner
• Following company recipes and standards, following health and safety sanitation guidelines for all products
• Adhering to cash handling and register policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
• Possess a high level of customer service
• Highly motivated learner
• Enjoys multitasking has a high level of stress management skills
• Communicates well and is flexible
• Previous cash handling is an asset
• Food Safe an asset (required)
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time

The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.
