Job summary

Sephora Red Deer is seeking a Stage Experience and Services Lead to oversee all on-stage Worlds, coach coordinators, and drive service excellence in-store. You will train the team, conduct makeup and skincare services as needed, and act as Director in Charge to enhance client experiences during peak hours.

The role requires 1–3 years in a similar role, strong client service, and solid time management. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Strong client service skills demonstrated in a retail environment.
• Proven time management and ability to multitask in a dynamic store setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-stage Worlds and services within Sephora standards.
• Train and coach Services Coordinators and cast to drive services daily.
• Demonstrate artistry through makeup and skincare services as needed.
• Act as Director in Charge (DIC) in-store and engage with clients on-stage.
