Job summary

Sephora Canada in Burlington, ON is seeking a Stage Experience Lead for a full-time, regular role. You will oversee all Worlds on-stage (Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection or Fragrance) and ensure services are delivered to Sephora standards while guiding the team to meet store objectives.

Responsibilities include training Services Coordinators, maintaining a coaching culture, delivering makeup and skincare services, acting as Director in Charge, and promoting our client-focused values to drive

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Proven time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Flexible availability for peak hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Training & Development: Ensure Services Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio and drive services daily.
• Maintain a Coaching Culture: oversee facilitators and coaches, attend classes.
• Makeup & Skincare Passion: conduct makeovers and skincare services as needed.
• Passionate about Clients: act as Director in Charge and engage with clients on-stage.
• Employee Engagement: uphold Sephora values and drive team engagement.
