Flaman Group of Companies is seeking a Sr. Aftermarket Manager to oversee post-sale operations across parts, hardware, and rentals, driving customer success.

You will coach a multi-department team, streamline processes, and improve service delivery while guiding order processing, returns, and logistics with a focus on five-star support.

• Drive Comprehensive Aftermarket Operations: Direct daily operations across parts distribution, hardware support, and rental management.
• Empower Your Team: Lead and mentor the Aftermarket Customer Service team to deliver outstanding, solution-oriented support.
• Optimize Customer Experience: Ensure smooth, efficient order processing, returns, rental logistics, and issue resolution across all product lines.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Logistics to align company goals and elevate overall service delivery.
• Track & Elevate Performance: Monitor key operational metrics and coach your team toward continuous process improvement.

• Familiarity with agricultural or heavy equipment operations is an asset (but not required).
