What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Hands-On Service & Repair: Under the guidance of our senior technicians, you will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of agricultural implements, trailers, and heavy equipment.

• Skill Development: Gain practical experience in hydraulics, electrical systems, engine maintenance, and troubleshooting—building your knowledge base one project at a time.

• Operational Support: Assist with shop organization, equipment assembly, and safety inspections, ensuring every piece of gear that leaves our lot is ready for the field.

• Continuous Learning: Engage in training modules and gain the shop hours necessary to advance through your apprenticeship levels.
