Job summary

Flaman is seeking a Senior Aftermarket Manager to oversee post-sale operations across parts distribution, hardware support and rentals, driving customer success and service excellence.

You will coach the Aftermarket Customer Service team, streamline cross‑functional workflows with Sales, Service and Logistics, and relentlessly pursue measurable improvements in order processing, returns and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience spanning parts, hardware, rentals, or broader aftermarket operations.
• Natural ability to motivate teams, delegate effectively, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with agricultural or heavy equipment operations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive aftermarket operations: direct daily operations across parts distribution, hardware support, and rental management.
• Empower your team: lead and mentor the Aftermarket Customer Service team to deliver outstanding, solution-oriented support.
• Optimize customer experience: ensure smooth order processing, returns, rental logistics, and issue resolution across all product lines.
• Cross-functional leadership: collaborate with Sales, Service, and Logistics to align goals and elevate service delivery.
• Track & elevate performance: monitor key metrics and coach your team toward continuous process improvement.
