Job summary

Flaman is seeking a Senior Aftermarket Manager to oversee post-sale operations across parts distribution, hardware support and rentals, driving customer success and service excellence.

You will coach the Aftermarket Customer Service team, streamline cross‑functional workflows with Sales, Service and Logistics, and relentlessly pursue measurable improvements in order processing, returns and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience spanning parts, hardware, rentals, or broader aftermarket operations.
• Natural ability to motivate teams, delegate effectively, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with agricultural or heavy equipment operations is an asset.
