Flaman is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of agricultural and consumer equipment across the Prairies. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and delivering quick, reliable service that keeps farmers in the field and equipment running.

You will work independently in your bay while collaborating with the service team, communicate clearly with customers, and ensure accurate records of repairs and parts.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a wide range of agricultural and consumer equipment.

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections to keep customer downtime to an absolute minimum.

• Customer Support: Share clear technical advice and friendly, solution-oriented support with our customers.

• Keep Accurate Records: Document repair details and parts used (future-you will thank you).

• Safety First: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety standards.

What You Bring to the Team

• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills and a genuine love for problem-solving.

• Proven Experience: Hands-on experience in agricultural equipment repair, heavy equipment, or a related mechanical trade.
