Job summary

Flaman Group is seeking a Sr. Aftermarket Manager to lead the post-sale heartbeat across parts, hardware and rentals. You’ll coach teams, streamline multi‑department operations, and drive five‑star service while aligning with Sales, Service and Logistics to elevate overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily aftermarket operations across parts distribution, hardware support and rental management.
• Lead and mentor the Aftermarket Customer Service team to deliver solution-oriented support.
• Ensure smooth order processing, returns, rental logistics and issue resolution across all product lines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and Logistics to align goals and elevate service delivery.
• Monitor key metrics and coach the team toward continuous process improvement.

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven leadership experience spanning parts, hardware, rentals, or broader aftermarket operations.


• A natural ability to motivate teams, delegate effectively, and manage competing operational priorities.


• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Familiarity with agricultural or heavy equipment operations is an asset (but not required).
