At Tutor Me Education, we are revolutionizing the way students learn, and we're seeking passionate teachers and tutors with special education experience to provide 1:1 in-home tutoring in Beaumont, CA ! About the Role:

As a Tutor at Tutor Me Education, you’ll provide personalized, one-on‑one tutoring to students with special needs in their homes. You will be responsible for helping students with daily activities, offering moral support, and delivering tailored instruction based on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

We are currently hiring for multiple positions across all cities in Beaumont, CA

Details:

• Bespoke in‑person tutoring in Beaumont, CA
• Schedule: 12 hours, 3 sessions a week for 1 hour each
• Pay range is between $25 and $35

Ideal Candidate:

• Credentialed special education teacher with experience supporting elementary students with Autism.
• Strong background in foundational reading, writing, and math instruction.
• Skilled in phonics, sight words, sentence formation, reading comprehension, number sense, and basic math operations.
• Patient, calm, and able to communicate clearly, allowing extra processing and response time.
• Comfortable providing structured, step‑by‑step instruction with frequent positive reinforcement.
• Experienced in using hands‑on, visual, and multisensory teaching strategies.
• Dependable, nurturing, and able to adapt instruction to the student’s pace and learning style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized tutoring support in reading, writing, and math aligned to foundational skill development.
• Deliver explicit instruction in phonics, sight words, sentence structure, and reading comprehension strategies.
• Support math learning through number sense, place value, and basic operations using visual and hands‑on methods.
• Implement structured lessons with clear routines and scaffolding to build confidence and consistency.
• Allow additional wait time for verbal responses and support expressive communication with patience.
• Use positive reinforcement and engaging activities to promote motivation and academic growth.
• Monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies to meet the student’s evolving needs.
