This job is a full‑time, regular position beginning January 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all dishwashing needs including: sorting, pre‑washing, providing pre‑soak solution and bins, loading and unloading dishwasher, proper storage of flatware, glassware, plateware and kitchen utensils and cooking ware
• Clean kitchen equipment; sinks, stoves, fridges, etc
• Ensure floor is clean and dry at all times
• Remove garbage and recycling to appropriate bins when needed
• Unload pops, food and other items and carry to proper storage areas as assigned
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• During non‑dishwashing duty periods, may be assigned to support the line cook team in any food prep or line production required
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
• Other duties as assigned

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment. Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail)
