/ / At Masabi, Solutions Consultants shape the design and delivery of technology that impacts millions of transit riders. Sitting at the intersection of technical problem-solving and customer success, this role blends solution design, unlocking integration paths for partners and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll engage across the full solution lifecycle, from helping scope early opportunities and respond to procurement processes, through to supporting implementations and partner integrations. You’ll collaborate closely with transit agencies, vendors and our internal teams to ensure solutions are not just desirable, but deliverable.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where curiosity, clarity, and a collaborative approach are key. You’ll help simplify complexity, guide conversations, and support clients and colleagues alike as we build the future of public transit together.
