The Faurecia IRYStec team is composed of software & hardware engineers, as well as image processing and AI researchers, who work collaboratively. Our software solutions encompass multiple platforms such as GPU, embedded systems, PC, and cloud architectures. We are also engaged in implementing our solutions into FPGA and ASIC devices.

Innovation is part of our DNA; we demonstrate every year new Proof of Concepts at major industry conferences and Tradeshows.

Here are the main responsibilities of this role:

The Buildsystem Engineer will work closely with the Engineering, Integration, and Platform teams to understand requirements and develop automation tools and build system to maintain the current and future Products, reporting directly to the Director

What you will do:

• Work closely with the Product, Research, and Engineering teams to understand requirements
• Maintain, extend and optimize our buildsystem
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines configurations
• Deploy new services, toolchains and servers as required
• Key role in Release Process
• Keep up to date on modern tools and processes
• Contribute to the team's daily planning and designs

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related filed
• 2+ years of software development experience
• Experience in building and maintaining automation tools using C++ and Python
• Knowlege of version control tools: Git
• Knowledge with Jenkins, Gitlab, GitHub and CI workflows
• Proficiency in automating and optimizing processes
• Extensive knowledge with Linux and Android OS
• Knowledge using container solutions such as Docker
• Knowledge in basic Networking
• Keen analytical skills

Pluses

• Experience working in Agile
• Knowledge in Automotive Safety Standards ISO-26262
