Responsibilities
- Develop and execute bold, innovative social media strategies tailored to B2B growth and recruitment goals.
- Own the social content calendar, ensuring seamless execution of posts, videos, reels, case studies, and whatever fresh format the internet dreams up next.
- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager, Creative team, and Growth, Loyalty & Retention Campaign Manager to make sure our organic reach keeps soaring.
- Stay ahead of the trends, analyze competitor moves, and tweak our strategy to keep engagement levels high.
Audience-Specific Channel Mastery
- Recruitment : Facebook, Instagram, TikTok — Hooking ambitious, money-hungry job seekers.
- B2B Customers : Facebook, Instagram — Providing value, deals, and expert support.
- Mixed Audiences : LinkedIn, X, YouTube — Engaging both potential employees and business customers.
- Grow our audience, engagement, and brand presence through targeted strategies.
- Build strong relationships with merchants and job seekers in online communities, forums, and professional groups.
- Partner with People & Culture to ensure our recruitment game is strong and our employer brand shines.
Online Reputation
- Monitor and analyze brand sentiment across social media, review sites, and forums — because perception is everything.
- Lead the biannual Online Reputation Management (ORM) report, tracking trends, competitor benchmarks, and areas for improvement.
- Proactively keep our ratings high and our reputation golden by managing feedback and brand image.
- Dive into engagement metrics, deliver insights, and tweak strategies accordingly.
SEO, Analytics & Digital Growth
- Leverage SEO, hashtags, and backlinking strategies to amplify organic reach.
- Stay plugged into industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and viral movements.
- Optimize organic and paid social campaigns, using data to refine every post, ad, and engagement strategy.
- Work with the Marketing Intelligence team to ensure we’re making smart, data-driven moves.
Internal & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with People & Culture to craft killer internal comms and recruitment marketing.
- Ensure all content is brand-approved, legally sound, and on-message.
- Use your expert AI prompting and storytelling skills with ChatGPT, HubSpot Breeze, Soro, translation partners, and the Creative team to craft precise, on-brand content.
- Contribute to brand-building efforts, including content creation, events, and special projects.

Qualifications
- Experience, 4-5+ years of hands-on experience managing social media, creating engagement strategies, and keeping brands top of mind.
- Education : Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but skills and portfolio matter more.
- Social media savvy – Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube; experience with SMBs in financial services or payment processing is a plus.
- Analytics & SEO know-how – Experience with Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, or BrightEdge to measure and refine content strategy.
- Platform proficiency – Familiarity with HubSpot and WordPress; Meltwater or Sprout is a plus.
- Project management – Pro at juggling multiple projects with experience in ClickUp, Monday, Basecamp, or Planner.
- Writing skills – Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing in English and French, including Quebecois nuances.
- Multilingual – Quebecois French is a must; Spanish is a plus.
