Our direct financial client is looking for a motivated individual to join core Level 3 Operations team who is interested in supporting cutting-edge social media applications for the enterprise. The primary responsibility is to support the Social Media cloud services solutions that enables our Financial Advisors and Bankers to communicate with their clients via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook).
Duties will include liaison with the vendors, troubleshooting, monitoring, maintenance and incident management. The consultant will be empowered to directly resolve problems and will also be expected to effectively communicate complex issues to management, vendors, business units, and internal engineering teams. The consultant will join a high-energy company and team of very dedicated individuals in the financial services industry. The consultant will also have the opportunity to support new social media software and tools as they are introduced into the Firm.
