Qualifications

• 5 years previous manager experience in a supervisory role.
• 5 years of customer service and cash-handling experience is an asset.
• University education or casino-related experience is required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Slot Department day-to-day operations.
• Make decisions affecting revenue, staffing, purchasing, policy development, and staff performance.
• Maintain guest transaction integrity and confidentiality.
• Maintain employee files and coordinate disciplinary matters when needed.
• Consult with the Casino General Manager and HR on performance issues.
• Work with the General Manager on guest disputes that involve financial claims.
