Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with current Gasfitter A-Class certificate.
• Journeyman experience in heating and cooling systems required.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems to ensure indoor air quality.
• Coordinate and oversee contractor work as required.
• Assist with maintenance and emergency call-outs.

Skills

Journeyman experience in HVAC systems

Knowledge of workplace safety and occupational hazards

Ability to read drawings and specifications

Basic smartphone and computer skills

Education

High School Diploma

Journeyman Certificate (or actively working toward one)

Current Gasfitter A-Class certificate (preferred)

4th Class Power Engineering (asset)

WHMIS

TDG Certification

HRAI Certification (refrigerant handling)
