Qualifications

Position Title: Site Supervisor

Ready to lead and make a direct impact? We’re looking for a hands-on and motivated Middleton Site Supervisor to lead production operations at our Middleton facility. This role involves managing production, maintenance, and inventory control while fostering a positive and high‑performing team environment. You’ll be the onsite decision-maker, handling day‑to‑day operations, overseeing seasonal staff, and ensuring the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of plant employees, including up to 10 seasonal staff during peak seasons (April–July). Foster a positive, team-focused culture where everyone feels supported and motivated to succeed.
  • Champion Safety: Drive a safety‑first culture, ensure safety policies and procedures are followed, and lead health and safety initiatives to keep incidents at zero.
  • Keep Operations Running Smoothly: Oversee daily operations to ensure equipment and production lines run at peak efficiency; monitor preventative maintenance and repairs to avoid downtime.
  • Own Inventory Management: Manage receiving, tracking, orders, and transfers to keep production flowing smoothly.
  • Train and Develop Your Team: Provide hands‑on training and guidance so new hires and seasonal employees have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Coordinate Like a Pro: Manage contractor truck drivers and seasonal staff to keep deliveries and operations running smoothly.
  • Drive Financial Success: Partner with the Operations Manager to keep operations within budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and meet financial targets.
What You Bring To McCain
  • Leadership Experience: Prior supervisory experience, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, leadership, and external partners.
