Job summary

Pattison Agriculture Limited in Humboldt, SK is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our fast-paced dealership. You will manage inventory, receive parts shipments, and provide exceptional service to customers in person and over the phone.

This role offers opportunities to grow within a leading John Deere dealer network and train across parts, service, and sales while contributing to efficient and profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in shipping, receiving or materials handling.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using inventory or enterprise software systems.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift heavy parts and operate vehicles safely.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends.
• Agriculture parts and machinery knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Verify receiving and recording of parts shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
• Store shipments in correct locations and maintain records.
• Assist in housekeeping, stocking, merchandising and inventory counts.
• Build and maintain customer and co-worker relationships.
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge.
• Support other parts department tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify receiving and receipt-in parts shipments
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service over the phone and in person
• Put shipments away in correct location
• Maintain records of pick ups, deliveries, signatures, and authorizations
• Assist in all areas of the parts department as needed such as housekeeping, stocking shelves, merchandising, and inventory counts
• Build and maintain customer and co-worker relationships
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge

Requirements
