Job summary

Pattison Agriculture Limited in Humboldt, SK is hiring a Parts Technician to join a fast-paced dealership. You will be the first contact for customers, helping with parts, orders, and maintenance needs in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, agriculture parts knowledge, and a willingness to train and grow within one of Canada's top John Deere dealer networks. On-site work with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of agriculture parts and machinery is required.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Experience using software systems for parts lookup and ordering.
• Ability to lift heavy parts and lift at least daily.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends.
• Farming background is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years in a Parts Department environment; journeyman designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, locating parts, and placing orders.
• Suggest additional items for maintenance or service needs.
• Support all areas of the parts department as needed (stocking, housekeeping, merchandising).
• Receive, count, and store inventory; maintain relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Participate in training to grow skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience in person and on the phone
• Assist internal and external customers with troubleshooting, locating parts and resources, and placing orders
• Make suggestions for additional items that may be beneficial or help with preventative maintenance
• Assisting in all areas of the parts department as needed such as housekeeping, stocking shelves, merchandising
• Receive, put away and count inventory
• Build and maintain customer and co-worker relationships
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge
