Responsibilities

• Lead daily trucking and fleet operations in the Humboldt area.
• Recruit, hire, train, support, drive accountability, and employee satisfaction for those who report to this position.
• Coordinate haul schedules across locations.
• Support fleet maintenance and vehicle safety.
• Review and validate daily driver time and mileage reports.
• Ensure team compliance with all licensing rules and regulations.
• Be aware of regulations, including over-dimensional permitting in SK, MB, and AB.
• Resolve hauling and operational challenges.
• Provide cost estimates for customers and internal hauling needs.
• Analyze performance metrics and growth opportunities.
