Job summary

Pattison Agriculture Limited in Yorkton, SK is seeking a Parts Technician to join our fast-paced dealership. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling parts intake, sales, and delivery while delivering friendly service.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of agriculture parts, experience with shop software, ability to lift heavy parts, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.

• Farming background/experience is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years in a Parts Department environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience in person and on the phone.
• Assist internal and external customers with troubleshooting, locating parts and resources, and placing orders.
• Make suggestions for additional items that may be beneficial or help with preventative maintenance.
• Assist in all areas of the parts department as needed such as housekeeping, stocking shelves, merchandising.
• Receive, put away and count inventory.
• Build and maintain customer and co-worker relationships.
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge.

Shift will be a 4x10 compressed work week with days/evenings/weekends (ideally Wednesday - Saturday 6:00 am - 5:00 pm or 7:00 am - 6:00 pm).
