• Recruit, hire, train, support, and drive accountability for reports.
• Coordinate haul schedules across locations.
• Support fleet maintenance and vehicle safety.
• Review and validate daily driver time and mileage reports.
• Ensure team compliance with licensing rules and regulations.
• Be aware of regulations including over‑dimensional permitting in SK, MB, AB.
• Resolve hauling and operational challenges.
• Provide cost estimates for customers and internal hauling needs.
• Analyze performance metrics and growth opportunities.

As Regional Logistics Manager you will play an essential role in directing fleet operations for the area. Your years of experience managing trucking operations and logistics will drive growth, maximize efficiencies, and support customer satisfaction for the company. You will:

• Work closely with the Trucking Operations Manager to lead daily trucking and fleet operations
• Recruit, hire, train, support, drive accountability, and employee satisfaction for those who report to this position

• Support fleet maintenance and vehicle safety

You have:

• Strong computer/technology skills
• In-depth knowledge of the transportation industry and fleet management software
• Analytical and reporting capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as needed
• Valid driver’s license required
