Job summary

Pattison Agriculture in North Battleford, SK is seeking a Parts Technician who will be the first contact for customers, helping with selling, receiving and delivering parts and accessories.

You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced dealership, building relationships while supporting inventory, housekeeping and merchandise tasks, with training and growth opportunities across Parts, Sales and Service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of agriculture parts and machinery.
• Experience using parts software systems.
• Must be able to lift heavy parts and work in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility for extended hours.
• 2+ years in a Parts Department environment.
• Farming background is an asset.
• Journeyman Parts Designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience in person and on the phone.
• Assist internal and external customers with troubleshooting, locating parts and resources, and placing orders.
• Make suggestions for additional items that may be beneficial or help with preventative maintenance.
• Assist in all areas of the parts department such as housekeeping, stocking shelves, merchandising.
• Receive, put away and count inventory.
• Build and maintain customer and co-worker relationships.
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge.
