Pattison Agriculture is seeking a Trucking Department Regional Logistics Manager to direct fleet operations from Swift Current, SK. You will lead daily trucking activities, coordinate schedules, and drive efficiency.

This role requires 5+ years in trucking leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage regulatory compliance and safety. You will collaborate with the Trucking Operations Manager and grow our logistics network.

• 5+ years in a trucking/transportation leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of the agricultural industry.
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating others.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer/technology skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the transportation industry and fleet management software.
• Analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.

As Regional Logistics Manager you will play an essential role in directing fleet operations for the area. Your years of experience managing trucking operations and logistics will drive growth, maximize efficiencies, and support customer satisfaction for the company. You will:
