Purpose of Role: The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for the movement of materials, supplies, and equipment to and from the facility. They will use order information to prepare merchandise for shipping and to verify incoming materials meet expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Incoming Shipments: Use forklift to unload trucks of incoming shipments and check them against purchase orders to verify correct materials and product have been received.
  • Manage Outgoing Shipments: Review purchase orders and prepare product for outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain Inventory: Place product in the correct, organized location in the facility and update inventory counts if needed.
  • Maintain ERP System: Track shipments and update SAP with any relevant information for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
  • 3 years of shipping/receiving experience.
  • Computer literacy – will be using Excel & SAP.
  • Forklift certification.
