You will coach partners, organize opening/closing duties, ensure policy adherence, handle cash procedures, and maintain a calm, high-volume environment while building a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a shift and train partners.

Responsibilities
