Job summary

Tim Hortons restaurant seeks a Shift Supervisor to oversee crew activities, uphold standards for people, product, cleanliness and service, and support store operations during the scheduled shift.

The role is hourly and non-exempt, with emphasis on guest satisfaction, supervision, and enforcing company policies. The position is full-time with a typical 30+ hours per week requirement and flexible day availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role is an asset.
• Thorough knowledge of Tim Hortons products and procedures.
• Current certification in approved food safety training is an asset.
• Able to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example to prioritize customer service and maintains a friendly, urgent response to requests.
• Provides ongoing direction to crew and ensures staffing coverage across shifts.
• Ensures store safety, cleanliness, merchandising and policy compliance during the shift.
• Manages shift cash procedures and documentation as required.
