Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role is required.
• Thorough knowledge of Tim Hortons products and procedures.
• Current certification in approved food safety training (Advanced.fst or ServeSafe) is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adhere to policies and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for the full shift and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to prioritize the customer and reinforce positive employee behavior.
• Respond to customers promptly and handle special requests and complaints.
• Ensure proper stocking of displays, packaging and cleanliness during the shift.
• Direct and support staff, ensuring adequate coverage and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, safety, and company policies.
• Maintain shift documentation and report issues to management.
