Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in executing daily operations and leading the shift team. You will delegate tasks, coach partners, and uphold the Starbucks Experience by delivering friendly, fast service and high-quality beverages.

Fluency in French is required, and you will contribute to a welcoming, efficient Third Place environment while ensuring safety and adherence to cash handling procedures on shift.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach teammates.
• French language fluency in reading, writing and speaking is required.
• Effective verbal communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Direct the shift team and delegate tasks to deliver the Starbucks Experience.
• Provide legendary customer service with prompt service and quality beverages and products.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable store environment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Support training and coaching of partners to improve performance.
• Ensure cash handling and shift reporting are accurate and timely.
