Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Beloeil, QC to assist the store manager with daily operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead partners, delegate tasks, and deliver the Starbucks Experience with prompt service, high-quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming store environment.

Fluent French is required. You will train new partners, provide feedback to managers, and uphold cash handling and safety policies to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or restaurant preferred.
• Ability to direct work of others and coach teammates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual French required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager to execute store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Lead partners and delegate tasks to maintain the Third Place environment for customers.
• Provide legendary customer service and ensure prompt service, quality beverages and products.
• Maintain a clean and safe store, follow cash handling and safety procedures.
• Coach and train new partners, giving timely feedback to improve performance.
