Job summary

You will delegate tasks, train new partners, and ensure smooth store operations, cash handling, safety and a clean, welcoming environment. Fluency in French is required to effectively serve customers and collaborate with the team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
• Fluent French reading, writing and speaking required

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise shift team to execute store operations.
• Deliver legendary customer service by putting customers first.
• Train and coach partners to maintain standards.
• Maintain cash handling and safety procedures.
• Open and close store as assigned.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming store environment.

• Provide timely coaching and feedback to partners on shift.
