Starbucks is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help the store manager run daily operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead partners, delegate tasks, and ensure the Starbucks Experience through legendary customer service, quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will model Starbucks values, provide coaching to partners, and help maintain safety and cash-handling procedures while delivering consistent performance during busy periods.

Formación

• Experience in directing staff and delivering strong customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly and lead a team during shifts.
• Understanding of retail or restaurant operations and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Deploy partners and delegate tasks to ensure excellent customer service and a clean store.
• Support training and provide coaching to partners to maintain Starbucks standards.
• Ensure cash handling and safety procedures are followed during shifts.
