Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in executing daily operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead partners, delegate tasks, and ensure the Starbucks Experience through legendary service and quality products.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, maintain a clean store, and support training while ensuring a positive, efficient work environment for the team and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Ability to direct the work of others.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and customer service standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store leadership and partners.
• Fluency in French (reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Lead and deploy partners, delegating tasks to maintain service quality.
• Deliver legendary customer service with a customer comes first attitude.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable store environment and uphold health standards.
• Support new partner training with coaching and feedback.
• Organize opening and closing duties and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor attendance and punctuality to ensure smooth shift operations.
