Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager with daily operations and lead the shift team. You will delegate tasks, guide partners, and deliver the Starbucks Experience through legendary customer service and quality beverages.

You will help maintain a clean, safe store and coach partners to uphold standards during busy periods. You will contribute to a positive team environment, respond to customer needs, and ensure consistent operations and guest satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.

• Provide legendary customer service with prompt service and quality beverages/products.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable store environment and ensure safety and cash handling policies are followed.
• Coach and develop partners on shift to improve performance and service.
