Starbucks is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in executing daily operations and lead the shift team to deliver the Starbucks Experience.

You will deploy partners, delegate tasks, and ensure prompt service, quality beverages and products, and a clean store environment. This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and maintaining exceptional customer service on every shift.

• Communicate information to manager for shift execution in a Third Place environment.
• Assist with new partner training and coaching as needed.
• Provide feedback on partner performance to the store manager.
• Recognize and address team morale changes to support performance.
• Coach partners with clear, timely feedback to ensure excellence.
• Deliver legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude.
• Develop relationships with shift team and address individual motivators.
• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts and handle opening/closing duties.
• Follow cash handling, safety and security policies, and proper cash management.
